Therapy is invaluable — and I'll always encourage you to work with a licensed professional if you can. But peer support fills a different kind of gap. It's the conversation you can't always have in a clinical setting. The one where someone says "me too" and actually means it.

Things people ask before booking
Is this the same as therapy?
No — and I want to be clear about that. I'm not a licensed therapist and these sessions are not a clinical service. Peer support is a conversation between two people with shared experience. I'll always encourage you to work with a therapist too if you're able to.
What if I'm not ready to talk about everything?
You never have to share more than you're ready to. We go at your pace, always. There's no agenda other than giving you a space to be heard.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us. The only exception would be if I believed you were in immediate danger — in which case I would encourage you to contact emergency services.
What if we're not a good fit?
That's exactly what the free intro call is for. If after our intro call we don't feel like the right match, there's no pressure and no charge. Your wellbeing comes first.
How do I book?
